Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Vibe Software LLC for use of TwoBucket (https://twobucket.app). By creating an account or using TwoBucket, you agree to these Terms.

The service

TwoBucket is software for mobile auto-detailing businesses on the web and iPhone. It helps you maintain a Price Book, share a hosted quote page or website widget, show live estimates, receive customer submissions, and manage Quotes.

A Quote is the operational record in TwoBucket. Quotes move from new to scheduled to completed. TwoBucket does not provide customer self-booking or customer payment processing.

TwoBucket is software only. Vibe Software LLC is not a party to agreements between a detailer and that detailer's customer.

Accounts

TwoBucket is intended for business use. You must be able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your email and password secure, and all activity under your account.

You sign in with email and password. Sessions may remain active on more than one device until you log out of that device or delete the account.

Free trial

Each new TwoBucket business receives one 7-day free trial. No payment method is required to start the trial. The trial begins when the business is created during onboarding. The same trial applies on the web and iPhone.

There is one free trial per TwoBucket business or account. After the trial ends, a paid subscription is required for continued access.

Subscriptions and pricing

TwoBucket subscriptions are US $29.99 per month or US $249 per year, plus any taxes that apply.

Web subscriptions are purchased through Stripe. iPhone subscriptions are purchased through Apple In-App Purchase. A valid paid subscription unlocks the same TwoBucket account across supported platforms, regardless of where it was purchased.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price for the selected plan unless you cancel before the renewal date. Payment is charged to the payment method on file with Stripe or Apple.

Cancellation and access

Cancel a web subscription through TwoBucket on the web or through the Stripe billing flow used for that purchase. Cancel an iPhone subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings.

If you cancel, access generally continues until the end of the current paid period. After a trial or paid period expires without a valid subscription, continued access requires a new paid subscription.

Deleting your TwoBucket account automatically cancels the associated Stripe subscription so it will not renew. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store subscription. Manage or cancel an Apple subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings.

Business responsibilities

You are responsible for your own services, prices, quotes, taxes, licenses, insurance, and other regulatory or business obligations. You are also responsible for work you perform for customers and for those customer relationships.

TwoBucket does not decide whether a price is appropriate. It does not guarantee that a quote is profitable, complete, legally sufficient, or suitable for a particular job.

You are responsible for customer information you or your customers submit to TwoBucket, including having the permission you need to collect and store that information.

AI-assisted features

TwoBucket may use artificial intelligence to help extract Price Book information from text, images, or PDFs. Those results may be incomplete, incorrect, or misunderstood.

You must review extracted prices before relying on them. You remain responsible for the final quote and for every business decision. Customer estimates use your Price Book. TwoBucket does not invent prices or send quotes on its own.

Customer content

You and your customers may submit content to TwoBucket, including photos, business logos, Price Book files, and customer information. You retain ownership of that content.

You grant Vibe Software LLC a limited right to store, process, transmit, display, and otherwise handle that content solely to operate TwoBucket. We do not claim ownership of your content.

You are responsible for having the permission you need before submitting customer content.

Acceptable use

You may not use TwoBucket for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes. You may not submit harmful or malicious content, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or use public quote links in an abusive way.

Intellectual property

The TwoBucket software, branding, design, and related product intellectual property belong to Vibe Software LLC. Your content and your customers' content remain yours, as described above.

Third-party services

TwoBucket relies on third-party services for hosting, authentication, file storage, transactional email, push notifications, AI-assisted Price Book import, and payment processing. Stripe processes web subscription payments. Apple processes iPhone subscription payments. Those providers have their own terms and privacy practices.

Availability and changes

TwoBucket may change over time. Features may be added, modified, or removed. Temporary interruptions can happen. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Quotes

TwoBucket provides tools for presenting estimates and recording Quotes. A customer submission recorded through TwoBucket is a request for service, not a contract. Vibe Software LLC is not a party to the underlying detailing transaction.

You are responsible for determining what legal effect a Quote has for your business and in your jurisdiction.

Account termination and deletion

You may delete your account through Account settings. Vibe Software LLC may suspend or terminate accounts for serious violations, abuse, unlawful use, or threats to the service. Account deletion may be irreversible.

Disclaimers

TwoBucket is provided "as is" and "as available." Vibe Software LLC does not warrant that AI output, quotes, calculations, or the service will be error-free. You remain responsible for reviewing business information and quotes before you rely on them.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vibe Software LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data, arising from your use of TwoBucket.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vibe Software LLC's total liability for claims relating to TwoBucket will not exceed the greater of US $100 or the amount you paid to Vibe Software LLC for TwoBucket during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Vibe Software LLC harmless from claims arising from your misuse of TwoBucket, your violation of these Terms, content you submit without permission, or your business and customer activities.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, excluding conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of TwoBucket after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
