Introduction

Vibe Software LLC operates TwoBucket (https://twobucket.app), software for auto detailers on the web and iPhone. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

When this policy says "we," "us," or "our," it means Vibe Software LLC. When it says "you," it means a person or business using TwoBucket.

Detailing businesses provide customer information to TwoBucket so they can use the service. If you are a customer of a detailing business, that business decides what information to collect from you and is responsible for that relationship.

Information we collect

The information we collect depends on how you use TwoBucket.

Account and business information

If you create a shop account, we collect information you provide to set up and run that account, such as:

• Account email and authentication identifiers
• Display name and contact name
• Business name, phone, email, website, and logo
• Business settings, services, vehicle classes, add-ons, and Price Book information
• Trial and subscription status for the account
• Notification preferences

Customer and quote information

Detailing businesses, or their customers using a public quote page or website widget, may provide information so a customer can request a priced detail. TwoBucket stores that information as part of a Quote. That can include:

• Customer name, email, and phone
• Vehicle information and service address
• Selected services and add-ons
• Availability, onsite information, notes, and other details you or the customer enter
• Estimates, pricing, and quote status
• Uploaded photos

Files

We store files you upload to operate the service, including business logos, quote photos, and Price Book import files.

Technical information

We collect information needed to operate TwoBucket, including authentication and session information, cookies and local session storage on the web, session storage on the iPhone app, device push tokens when you enable notifications, web push subscriptions when you enable browser notifications, and operational logs or request metadata used to run and troubleshoot the service.

TwoBucket does not use advertising identifiers, behavioral advertising, or tracking analytics.

How we use information

We use the information described above to:

• Provide and operate TwoBucket
• Authenticate accounts and keep you signed in
• Create and manage Quotes
• Store Price Books and business settings
• Send transactional email, including password recovery
• Deliver push notifications
• Provide AI-assisted Price Book import
• Process subscriptions through payment providers
• Maintain security
• Troubleshoot and improve reliability
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell personal information. We do not use customer information for advertising.

Authentication and sessions

You sign in to TwoBucket with email and password. We keep a session on the device or browser you use so you can stay signed in. Password recovery emails are sent through our transactional email provider.

Photos and files

Business branding such as the business logo may appear on hosted quote pages and website widgets. Customer-uploaded quote photos are provided to the detailing business for handling the Quote. Those photos are not intended for public display. Price Book import files are not public.

Transactional email

We use a transactional email provider to send account and service emails, such as password recovery messages and quote-related notices. Those messages include the recipient address and the content needed to send the email.

Push notifications

If you enable notifications, we store a device push token for the iPhone app or a web push subscription for the browser. You can turn notifications off in Settings. Disabling notifications does not delete your account.

AI-assisted features

TwoBucket uses third-party artificial intelligence service providers to help extract Price Book information from text, images, or PDFs.

Content submitted to Price Book import may be sent to those providers for processing. We store the results needed to provide the feature, such as a suggested Price Book.

The normal customer quote flow uses your Price Book. It is not generated by AI. AI-assisted results can be incomplete or inaccurate. You should review them before relying on them.

Payments and subscriptions

TwoBucket offers a 7-day free trial and then a paid subscription. Web subscriptions are processed by Stripe. iPhone subscriptions are processed by Apple through In-App Purchase.

TwoBucket does not store complete payment-card numbers. Payment information is processed by Stripe or Apple according to their own privacy practices. We may receive limited billing information needed to recognize a valid subscription, such as subscription status or a processor identifier.

Service providers

We use service providers to help host and operate TwoBucket, authenticate users, store information and files, deliver transactional email and push notifications, provide AI-assisted Price Book import, and process subscriptions.

We share information with these providers as reasonably necessary for them to perform services on our behalf. They are subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

Sharing of information

We may share information:

• With service providers as necessary to operate TwoBucket
• When you direct us to, such as when you share a public quote page or widget
• When we are legally required to do so
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of the business, if that ever occurs

TwoBucket does not sell personal information and does not share information for targeted advertising.

Public links

TwoBucket can generate unique public links for a hosted quote page and a website widget. Anyone who has the link may be able to open the associated page. Treat those links with care. They are not meant to be search listings or a public directory.

Data retention

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain your account, and meet legal or security obligations.

After information is deleted from active systems, copies may remain for a limited time in backups, logs, caches, or third-party systems.

Account and data deletion

You can delete your TwoBucket account from Account settings. Deleting your account removes the TwoBucket account and associated business, customer, and Quote data, along with uploaded files, from our active systems.

Some information may remain in limited cases, including information already delivered by email, records we must keep for legal or security reasons, temporary backups, logs, or caches, and data retained by third-party providers under their own policies.

Deleting your TwoBucket account automatically cancels the associated Stripe subscription so it will not renew. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store subscription. Manage or cancel an Apple subscription through Apple.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access will never occur.

Children's privacy

TwoBucket is intended for businesses. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Privacy rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by using Account settings or by contacting us. If you are a customer of a detailing business, contact that business first. They control the customer information they submit to TwoBucket.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law. To exercise those rights, contact us using the details below.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. If required by law, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
